111 Design Studio’s three Co-founders and Directors – Grace Song, Simon Lauenstein and Domenic Chirico – each draw on extensive experience in all aspects of architectural design and delivery, property development and construction. Throughout their careers, the Directors have held formative roles for a variety of highly regarded architectural studios and property development companies including Roy Grounds & Company, Wood Marsh Architecture, Nation Fender Katsalidis and Sunland Group.

Their collective experience presents as an eclectic portfolio of celebrated works, from the multi award-winning Shea Residences in St Lucia, Brisbane, to the iconic waterfront homes of Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast, and Cammeray Residences on Sydney’s Harbour, and the award-winning multi-storey residential towers Yve and Balencea on St Kilda Road in Melbourne.
